This Privacy Policy explains how FanFuser ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Facebook Social Media Posting feature within the FanFuser application.

1. Information We Collect — Facebook Integration

In order to enable the Facebook Social Media Posting feature, FanFuser will collect and store the following information when you, as a FanFuser customer, connect your Facebook Page to your FanFuser account:

• Facebook Page Access Tokens: These tokens are securely stored and are necessary to allow FanFuser to post content to your connected Facebook Page on your behalf through the Facebook Graph API.
• Facebook Page IDs: We store the ID of your connected Facebook Page to identify the specific Page you wish to manage through FanFuser's social media posting features.

This information is collected solely when you explicitly authorize FanFuser to connect to your Facebook Page through the OAuth 2.0 authentication process.

2. How We Use Your Facebook Information

The information collected through the Facebook integration is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Enabling Social Media Posting: To allow you to directly share fan-uploaded videos and pictures from FanFuser to your connected Facebook Page, along with any custom messages and fan tags you choose to include.
• Authentication and Authorization: To securely authenticate and authorize FanFuser's access to your Facebook Page via the Facebook Graph API for posting content as instructed by you within the FanFuser application.

We will not use your Facebook Page Access Tokens or Page IDs for any other purpose, including but not limited to advertising, analytics unrelated to the FanFuser social sharing feature, or sharing data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Facebook posting functionality.

3. Sharing of Your Information — Facebook API

When you use the Facebook Social Media Posting feature, FanFuser will transmit data to Facebook through the Facebook Graph API. This data includes:

• Media Content: The videos or pictures you select to share from FanFuser.
• Post Message: The custom message you compose to accompany the shared media.
• Fan Tagging Information (if applicable): Data necessary to tag the fan in the Facebook post, if you choose to enable fan tagging and if a Facebook handle is available.

This data is shared with Facebook solely to execute your instructions to post content to your Facebook Page. We do not share your Facebook Page Access Tokens or Page IDs with any other third parties.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your information, including:

• Secure Storage: Facebook Page Access Tokens and Page IDs are temporarily stored securely in our application.
• Access Controls: Access to Facebook Page information, for the purposes of doing business and enabling Facebook integration, is restricted to authorized FanFuser personnel who need it to operate and maintain the Facebook posting feature.
• Regular Security Practices: We implement and maintain industry-standard security practices to protect our systems and data.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your Facebook Page information within FanFuser:

• Right to Not Share Content: Using FanFuser does not require you to authorize FanFuser access to your Facebook page(s). If you do choose to share fan-generated content from FanFuser to Facebook, FanFuser only maintains Facebook Page Access Tokens and Page IDs for a limited time. If you allow FanFuser to create a post on your behalf, the access granted to FanFuser is temporary. The time this access is granted is based on Facebook's Developer API policy.
• Right to Data Deletion Request: You can request the deletion of Facebook-related data saved by FanFuser, for the purposes of sharing content on your behalf, by contacting us at support@fanfuser.com. Upon verification of your account, we will take steps to delete this information from our systems and notify you when completed.

6. Data Retention

We may retain data regarding your usage of this sharing feature as long as your FanFuser account is active and you have not requested Data Deletion. When you terminate your FanFuser subscription, we will remove any related Facebook data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe.
